- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: the folks in the office are very nice, but this is a FRANCHISEE office. This means that the benefits of dealing with a national brand are dramatically minimized... maybe even nonexistent. We have used the same corporate H&R Block store in Atlanta for years and have tried to use this office to take advantage of some pre-paid benefits, but they just are not able to fulfill on the promises made by the corporate offices... especially H&R Block's "Peace of Mind" benefits. If you choose to use this location, I'd spend a lot of time on better understanding how they can -- but more importantly CAN'T -- support the promises of corporate stores or H&R Bocks national claims.
